Hello all this is my 1st post, love the site thus far!

Ok I am looking to make a simple Home page. All I want is a pic from my pictures to fill the Screen, My Fav Icons on top, and Time/Date. I don't want the appts, profile, or text messages on the Screen. Is there a way for me to do this?
