LoL !! I had the same exact problem with Amp'd .. I didnt get a credit card declined screen I on the other hand was directed back to the homepage. I then attempted to reach out to someone in customer care to ask ... if my order was processed. Since i never recieved a confirmation page / email .. I had no luck with the first FOUR people ... when trying to retrieve info as to where my 228.00 went .. no one could tell me .. i was transferred and given incorrect telephone numbers ... and finally I called my Bank .. Washington Mutual .. I was able to get mymoney back INSTANTLY .. Sounds like u bank with one of those small banks buddy. I dont know what was wrong with me but the Red Flag should have been the LACK of customer service skills as well as long hold times. I then decided to try a third party vendor .. Wirefly.com ... Despite the fact I hate that who ever i was speaking to was obviously NOT in the united states ... they got my phone order processed and I got it in 2 days .. would have been next day but i was dealing with those idiots in there customer care department. So if you really want the phone .. and mind u the service is great.. Yeah we all know they piggy back but oh well.. atleast its piggy backing Verizons Network ..and i pay LESS for unlimited data then verizon customers better rate plan and unlimited text /MMS .... yeah "ITS THE NETWORK"!!
