HI all,
This is my first post in this forum. I have searched the forums but have not found an answer to my question.

I just got my Q. It's a company phone that hooks up to our exchange server using Goodlink.

This is the problem i have.

When I navigate to other email folders and use the Center Key to choose the folder i get this really annoying loud beep. I looked in the windows folder and it seems that beep.wav is the culprit.

We have a lot of Q's here at work and i've tried others. One person doesn't even beep at all. Another beeps but is really low.

I can't for the life of me figure out how to disable that beep or at least lower the volume. I looked in Settings but that seems to only control the Windows portion of sounds. I also looked at Goodlink prefs but no where on there has anything to do with volume either.


Any Q/goodlink experts out there that can help???

Either to get rid of the beep or lower the volume.
