Well that will suck, having to pay for that service. I guess that will apply to the Modem Link (usb) as well?

Crap!!!! I wonder what constitutes excessive? Do you know any details? I am up to 175MB this month so far. And I use dialup sparingly.....I mean I have connected maybe 6 or 7 times for maybe 15 minutes at a time max, one time for 45 mins or so, just surfing the web mostly, downloaded a Symantec upgrade one of those times, like 100 MB total for that download.
