There are several updates to be run. One updates your desktop, there is a utility that helps you adjust your calendar entries and there is an update that is run directly on your phone. I assume you have not run it on your phone yet?

After updating your computer, go to this URL from your phone. Follow the directions in your browser. If you only made changes on the computer, you fixed the computer and you adjusted your calendar entries but you have not yet applied a system fix to the phone
