I here ya. The rep doesn't know what hes talking about. He's just giving you another time frame to make you wait. It's funny how oh now it's 3 days instead of the same 72 hours. I spoke with a bunch of people with my guess is Indian names all of a sudden I got one named Peter, which I don't think was his real name. I think all of the customer service issues goes to a call center in India or something. If I don't get the phone by friday this week I'm going to give sprint a call directly and tell them what this lame company is doing to see if I can get a phone directly from them.
