In ActiveSync go to File/Connection Settings and ensure "Allow USB Connections" is checked.
With your phone disconnected from the USB cable go to settings/Connections/USB to PC and ensure "Enable advanced network functionality" is checked. Go to Start/ActiveSync/Menu/Options and highlight any connections shown click menu and delete them.
When you reconnect to the PC and start ActiveSync should bring up the new connection setup windows. |
