So I know this was an issue with the OLD software....however, new Q is running MOL2 and I just experienced this problem.

I can't find the old thread either that explained how to fix the error.

After checking Inbox I have no messages but phone still reads 1 new message. I have erased ALL messages and STILL I have a new message waiting. Anyone remember how to go in with Resco Explorer or whatever was used before and erase the invisible message?
