Customer Rep told me internet was free I ordered my motorola q from sprint about a week ago directly through them on the phone. I asked the rep a lot of questions about fees and whatnot because I was switching from nextel and there were just a buttload of fees from them. She told me that the only taxes on the bill are $1.50 and that internet comes free with the phone.
After reading these forums and people talking about SERO and data plans, it seems that the internet is not free. Of course I would get charged for using the internet.
Now, using what she said could I use that as pull to get unlimited internet? Because I would not have bought the phone if it wasnt unlimited. Any tips on what I should do? I already have been surfing the web and I'm terrified of what my bill might look like.
And is it true that the only tax and fees that would show up on my bill are $1.50? On nextel they amounted to about $15 haha |
