as far as the whole "my action button wasn't working" thing...
that happens to me sometimes...its probaby 2 or 3 times a week...i restart the phone and then it works...i've never thought of it as defective...any smart phone or pda phone you get is going to have problems...i don't know if you ever had a pda phone before...but the biggest mistake i've run into as far as my customers go is when i sell a treo or a Q or some sort of smart device to a customer who has never had one. I always let them know its going to have issues...thats just how pda phones go. most people don't understand that which isn't their fault...as far as most people are concerned...phones shouldn't have problems...but its a different kind of animal...know what i'm sayin? |
