Just thought I'd confirm that yesterday I called and switched from the $44.95 to the $29.99 data plan. The CS rep said it wouldn't work with corporate email. I didn't push her regarding exchange, but I asked if it didn't work with my email, could I switch back, and she said sure. So far, it is working fine with my sherweb exchange account. She also said that I would still get the corporate discount I was getting on the 44.99 plan.
I logged into MyAccount on Verizon afterwards, and my SMS 2000 was still there ...
Guess I'll see what my bill looks like ... I didn't ask if it was retroactive to the start of my billing cycle ...
