-go to resco and on home screen search MSN.
-now open up InprocServer32
-go to (Default) key
-change name to pMSNShared.dl
since it no longer is a .dll file it will not run properly however if you ever wanted to to run again to repeat and then just edit back to a .dll file.

here is that dll file for you...i just did this and it seems to have worked...we'll find out after a couple hours of checking my task manager every few minutes...
