Ok, everyone! Thanks for all your help. I got it working!! Yeahhh!!! I reformatted the card in her phone. Then, I put the card in the adapter/put adapter in the pc/opened it in windows/found the file "my music". I went to the My Music folder (that hold my music on the pc), highlighted the songs Rachel wanted, clicked "copy". Then, back into the "my music" folder for the
storage card, clicked on "paste", and...voila! Howard Forums advised not to make any folders, just leave the music "loose" in the "my music folder.
I put the card into her phone, and it said: "Loading your music".
Rachel is dancing around the house!! Thank you all so much!!
Edit: This worked on Michael's (my 12 year old son) new Chocolate too!!
2 very happy kids, one extremely satisfied mom thanks tho EQ!! (I am now "cool" in my children's eyes....for a few minutes at least!!)
