 cant get phone to communicate with pc
i just bought a q9h and installed activsync but i get the "cant install this hardware" when hooking up the phone. the pc does not have outlook and it says "and error occured during installation of windows mobile-based device #2. the driver installation file for this device is missing a necessary entry. this may be because the inf was written for windows 95 or later." what does this mean? i have xp. any helpwould be appreciated. thanks |
