Ah yes, well the reason it would be going to telus would be due to the fact the PRL is probably not the correct one. Anyhow..You can definitely flash the phone back to the bell firmware and go from there. You'll need a few things to go about doing this.

1. The Bell Monster Firmware File
2. RSD Lite 4.1(Seems to be the newest version)
3. Patience...and lots of it!!!

Basically download those two files and it's pretty basic from there.

For starters...Make sure You have all your contacts and any data copied off the phone...IT WILL ERASE EVERYTHING DOING THIS!!!!!

You'll extract the bell firmware file from the zip file. Then install the RSD Lite. Make sure You have Your Q phone drivers installed. Now run the RSD software. You'll want to click on the browse button(the button with three dots) at the top of the program and find your firmware file You just extracted, click ok. Your phone should appear below in #1 as Connected and it will show Your ESN beside that.

So remember, have ALL YOUR DATA BACKED UP FIRST then hit start! It will now reboot Your phone and start the flash process. This can take about 10-15 mins or so.

Once it's done it will automatically reboot Your phone and You'll be welcomed with the bell startup screen.

Now it's time to start programming Your NAM settings and get You back up and running. So for Bell you'll want to enter(on your keypad on the phone) ##074663 + send...now it'll ask for security code just enter '000000'.

Click on NAM1 and enter the following

MIN - your ten digit phone number Ex. 2219991234
MDN - also your ten digit ph number Ex. 2219991234
CDMA SysID - 16420 (for bell)

Shouldn't matter but I also do the same for NAM2 as well.

And once that's all said and done, restart your phone and You should be good to roll

Hope this helps, let me know if You need anymore help!!

Cheers,
