I definately prefer the signal strength and call quality of the Q to the Treo, but prefer all the camera functions of the Treo to the Q. If you are taking and sending alot of photos with your phone, the Q handles MMS like a tortured afterthought.

I definately take and share a lot of photos, and that was probably the single most important feature to me. Albeit with a hack.
I've found no difference (noticable) in call quality between the two where I live.
I agree I don't do a whole lot of editing but I do view a lot, and unless you download documents to go on the Q i couldn't look at excel or word and pdf docs. Even after the download the excel sheets don't look right. And I live by excel spreadsheets, so viewing in the identical format was essential.
