So I had to do a master reset and learned the hard way that your contacts go too... So I entered them all again using my old phone and sim car but I want to make sure I dont have to do this again....

How can I back up my contacts? I know everyone says use active sync and outlook but I cant figure out how to do this... In active sync the option to sync contacts is greyed out and I cant copy the pim file cause it says its in use..
