I manage the cell phones for our companies and we've been using the Moto Qs since December. I don't own one, though, so I am unable to fiddle with the settings.

One of our users was dissatisfied with the battery life of her Q, so I switched her phone and gave the Q to another man. I redid the settings (user name and Active Sync) so that it is set to sync with his Microsoft Outlook account, but the calendar and contacts were still there from the last user. He deleted the contacts on that phone and ended up deleting the contacts on her account.

Do you have any advice on how to avoid this in the future? Would a master reset have been more beneficial in this instance?
