Haha...I had an enV and it broke on me...they had filtered them all out of the stores leaving me out of a phone for a week while they had to ship me one...The second one was defective again, so I complained and they offered to send out another one..they then sent it out to the wrong address and couldn't change it. So I told them I did not want an enV then...so they said pick a phone and we will let you have it at promotional pricing, and they let me get a Q9C...which will arrive tomorrow. Yay
