The unit was purchased from eBay, but from an individual seller, not a store or from someone that had multiples. From what I can tell, it is the real thing. Everything was wrapped in the box. The box and its contents look identical. If it is a fake, someone went out of their way to sell a really good fake to me.

It works very well with the only exception being that it will not activate the voice recognition. I even followed the instructions found this site to reset the JX-10 and then repair it. Same results. Anybody else have a similar issue with some resolve?

I am meeting with a buddy this weekend that has a JX-10 as well. I am going to pair it with my phone and see if his behaives any differently.
