The following is missing from the Q 9e spec:
HSDPA technology for fast data transfers, streaming media and web browsing. I suspect that "e" is for EDGE only.

There is, to date, no Nth American (ie AT&T-branded or unbranded) ROM. It's usually just a phone call to AT&T to have them send you an unlock code.
Since the phones appear to be functionally different - no HSDPA technology in the 9e - I wouldn't want the 9e ROM on my 9h phone.
