When Chris was first talking about putting ads on the site I asked him if they were going to be in your face pop-ups? He said he didn't think that there would be. (I think or something to that effect anyway).
Didn't you say Chris is on vacation? Perfect time to invade and take over his "domain" with obtrusive ads.
It's very annoying & will drive ppl away to more user friendlier forums.
