This is a problem that I have experienced for the past year with my old Q. I sync via activesync with vista at home and windows 2000 at work. I often sync and then turn off bluetooth and go out of the office. When I return later in the day and attempt to sync a restart of both windows and the phone is required. This happens on both machines. If I leave work after syncing and go home I often have to restart my phone before it will be recognized by my home vista machine. I would love to find a fix for this. However, it may just be an activesync bluetooth issue that needs to be resolved by ms with updates.
