Informative Seven (Beta) - Free Push E-Mail Program - Trip Report

So I got rid of MobiPush for strange security reasons and the fact that it was not displaying my e-mails from AOL correctly. (yea its aol, but when you have had that service since 94 up until broadband, you kinda want to keep the same e-mail)

So, overall it is a pretty slick little program. From what I hear it will soon be a charge program that will be distributed with OEM phones in the future, so act now.

The catch is the fact that you have to have the client running at all times for the true push to work. This is fine, because if you have a good task manager you won't have to worry about accidentally closing it or whatever, and I had no problem with the close memory intensive programs automatically with the Seven client, pushing 2 aol and 1 hotmail.

Battery life is excellent, I had my q9c fully charged before I went to work, tested 3 different browsers, relatively heavily, plus used Opera Mobile 8.65 relatively extensively and I believe I was still on 3 battery bars after about 4 hours of solid use, and multiple alarms set with two different programs.

However, compared to mobipush, who I won't go back to until they can get my AOL email issue fixed, it seems my inbox lags 1-2 seconds at times when I get a new message. The receive end it almost instantaneous, but it takes 1-2 seconds to load up my messaging box to select 1-3 e-mail accounts through Seven.

Overall though, it is a great free push e-mail client. And from what I see of it, is more secure than mobipush. Changed all my e-mail passwords after canceling my beta membership @Mobipush due to poor support.
