I read a bunch of stuff saying that Candlelight is what can cause it, but I've had Candlelight on my phone the whole time and just recently the keypad stopped lighting up. I did a hard reset anyway since I don't know how to change registry settings, but that didn't work. I guess I'll be stuck taking it into Verizon. |
