Hello all, I have a problem with my 9h, the onboard GPS works with google maps, but if I try to use another program it fails to work

. It seems to me that ATT has blocked the GPS form the users eyes. I have tried a unlocking program (MoDaCo.SmartphoneGPSActivator.) witch does unlock it but then the internet or mail quits working.
I would like to use Efficasoft GPS Utilities or something similar. Edit the Registry? Any ideas?
I know that com 4 @ 19200 can work when it is unlocked.
