1. There are times where I will be using the phone with the headset and I end the current call. When I go to call someone else, the audio is suddenly not in the headset anymore but the phone itself (does not make a difference if the call is originated from the phone or from voice dial). So I end up looking like an idiot with a bluetooth on and holding the phone up to my other ear. After about 5-15 sec. the audio suddenly switches back to the headset. I have been unable to find a reason or common thread to tie these together. Other times I have had it on headset and I will try to hit the button to initiate the voice dialing and the phone never responds. I look at the phone and it still has it as headset and then suddenly the icon disappears and then a few seconds later comes back. Is there any known issues of this?

2. I have had times where I will go to us the voice dial and say "Call <<name>> mobile" and the phone responds back "Did you say call <<random string of numbers>>?" When this happens the only thing I can do to get voice dial to work again is to turn the phone off and turn it back on. This is much more rare. Again is there any known problems like this?
I have experienced both problems using my Q with my Motorola H500 Headset. Have not tried it with others just yet, but the headset works fine with my other phones. I haven't been able to find the reason behind it either.
