Not hard, once u know what u r doing. Its getting to that point, that takes ALOT of reading, & examining xml code from already made Homescreens. Unless u know how to write xml code already. I started doing this about 7 months ago, & I didn't know how to write code, or use photoshop for the backgrounds. I've since have made close to 100 HS's for this forum. Check out the sticky threads at the top of the homescreen forums. There are a few good sites listed that give great tutorials. There are also 2 programs that will help u start to make the HS's: Madbeetle Homescreen Builder & Ruttensoft Homescreen Designer that will give u a start at making the screens. But they only get u half way there. To get them perfect, u have to tweak the xml manually. Even when, u know what u r doing like me, it still takes a few hours per screen, preparing the background image, & getting everything lined up.
