If you have a
Q9h then you have this option:
Please read previous post carefully. You need to do a Master
CLEAR, not a Master
RESET. To do a Master
CLEAR go to start > system tools > Master
CLEAR. Password is 000000 (six zeros).
A hard reset is the same as master
CLEAR. Just follow mexiken's direction. It's a shortcut so you don't have to go through the menu.
