After much deliberation I finally gave in and purchased GHIII Mobile and am not disappointed, esp. now that I don't have to download songs each time I want to play.
It's very responsive, although if you have a process running in the background like email checking it can slow down a little at those times. It's only got the 3 frets but this makes it more functional on a handheld device and the key mappings work well. I use the d-pad.
It is easier than the full version of the game, I can actually get 100% on medium which I could hardly do on the full version and so I'm looking forward to the challenge of hard.
For $15 I think it's a great little addition to the Moto Q and with 3 new songs coming out each month it should keep the interest going for quite a while.
