I found an excellent freeware stopwatch program using Java.
1.First get Esmertec Jbed.
2.Open Jbed, Select MENU>Install>Browser
3.Navigate to wap.GetJar.com
4.Enter Quick Download code 8088
5.Install

Another excellent stopwatch program using cab installation
