Sygic was nice...

Of course there's Garmin XT and Tom Tom...spendy but good I hear!

Efficasoft has one that uses any map image...you set the coordinates. Works OK.

Freebie...gpsVP if ya want to take the time to cache google/live maps on you pc and move them to your Q. And I found a USA highway map that works for it..pretty basic though.
