I notice you have smart toolkit running. When I had that running in my phone it gave me the same problem. Not sure if they were directly related but I since removed it because that program is very unstable anyways. I'm waiting till next release. Its suppose to fix all the bugs. Try running w/o smart toolkit for a while and see what happens.
