2 questions:

my email on Q is blocked ! the first email is from [no sender] , with [no sender] on the subject as well, and cannot be deleted! If anyone can tell me how to delete this, I can then sync to get new mail - it's been 2 weeks!
let's say if above cannot be done, then I'll have to do a mater reset? if so, I'll need to know how to upload all my pix and videos onto a memory card - I have a microXD inserted and nothing happens.
