I am a new Moto Q9h owner, have had my q for a couple weeks now. I have seen alot of nice home screens on here but nothing fills all of my needs. I have a question as well. I have orange.dll, facade and fizz weather.

Is it possible to have a iconbar that has the custom icons I setup(from facade) and also have a description of the currently highlighted icon?

I would like a homescreen similar to this layout:

However I would like some changes, I've successfully made some of the changes, but when I try others the formatting gets messed up. I have some experience with xml and photoshop.

I would like this background, with matching colors everywhere in the theme, matching the logo(or the top bar with the battery/bluetooth/missed call icon..etc). I would like one of those pretty pics for the email/sms/voicemail like i have seen in some of the homescreens on here. I would also like fizz weather 5 or 7 day forcast across the bottom, pinned to the bottom(above the start bar/soft button), and possibly the pretty pic for email/sms/vmail pinned just above it. I would like the profile selector on the screen as well. I would also like a bluetooth status icon if possible. I think the biggest thing I haven't been able to figure out is how to pin everything to the screen, so it doesn't scroll. That would be my biggest request, all of that on the screen and the screen doesn't scroll when selecting stuff.
