Thank you for being here for our reviews, support & repairs! I have a Sprint Moto-Q from Ocotober 2007. A few days ago; it seemed to be locked up in trying to cancel the "Running Programs" of which, appeared to be many open.
The phone locked & i tried to use the power button to cut it off but alas; it now is repeatedly in flash mode. After numerous attempts to perform hard reset; the same dark screen with white led indicating flash mode appears.
PLease let me know if there is a software down load or patch that i can access & get my sprint Moto-Q back on line once again. Thank you!
