This is bugging me. I can't find the answer anywhere. Probably just not using the right terms since I'm drawing a blank on what you would call this...
How do you enter letters while on a call??? Like when looking up someone's number on a company directory... 2 = abc, 3 = def, etc...
Cannot find the answer to save my life...
