I like em all .. as a Kid grew up on TOS (i loved the cheesy-effects) but great political issues for its time. Watched TNG (uncle said it was cheezy), Watched DS9... rather rogue/dark... Even Voyager and enterprise.. Each one had something different to offer . I'd say I like TNG the best. Very balanced writing which touched on some good issues as well as some really good script writing. It was really good sci-fi.
Oh yes.. even liked like TOS Cartoons which not many people watched/knew about.
