Hi! Just got my Q a couple weeks ago and still figuring out how to use all the features. When i tranfser an mp4 video file to my Q and update the Windows Media library the video shows up but when i click it to watch it i can only hear the sound and cannot see thje video. Does anyone have a similar problem or knows what the problem is?
