Checked your Internet/Office/Work setting and make sure that it is configured right. If you are trying to use data services on your phone, make sure it points to your GPRS connection that should have been configured for you by the provider. If you are trying to use the NDIS feature and routing through a local network, wirless or even a PC sync connection, then make sure it has proper access and it is set to the same Internet/Office/Work choice that you have chosen on your device.
