Hello

I have a Moto Q 9M, and I am using ActiveSync to sync my Outlook. The issue is that when I am connected via USB cable, ActiveSync constantly Syncs, causing significant perormance issues (freezes) while connected. To compund the issue, the Schedule option is grayed out and the workaround I found about adding a Fake Server Source did not work.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
