Phone won't turn on Help! My Q9m won't turn on. I've tried the soft reset (removing the battery) but no matter what I do, I cannot get past the verizon wireless screen that first shows up when you power the phone on.
I know that a master reset will work because when I had this problem with the first Q9m I bought from verizon (I'm on my second), that's what Moto support suggested and it worked. But I cannot afford - nor do I want - to reset my phone every time this happens (this is the second time).
Does this happen to anyone else?
