try killing all running apps before attempting the back up with sprite.
first 2 times i tried to back up mine, it froze as well or locked up the q, can't remember which.
i have a few apps running in the background (PCP, clock on top, right menu, etc.). i killed them all, ran a back up, and it worked. and has since with everything stopped.
your Q will reboot at a certain point, i didn't realize it is suppose to and thought i hosed all my installed apps. |
