My friend has a homescreen of a moving car. The sky changes color (dark/light/sunrise/sunset) and appearance (sun/moon) based on the time of day. It came loaded on his phone so we don't know how to put it on a Q.

Are there any animated homescreens out there which change appearance based on the time and date?
