So I take it this other person doesn't have access to a pc where they can copy and paste the homescreen they want to their phone?
I am assuming by the lack of response to your original post that putting the homescreens that you want into a CAB form requires quite a bit of work from the homescreen designers. And since they are already available don't think your request is going to get done quickly, if at all. But I have been wrong before and I am sure I will be wrong again soon.
