I've done both..both work! If you have Go still installed that is pretty quick! I'm pretty sure it was Go that didn't merge into Outlook nicely though. It made some duplicates that had to be deleted...pretty easy though. And it was probably my Yahoo contacts not being the same format as Outlook...
Now that I think about it I think that is why I did the cvs deal the last time!
