I'll believe it when they start breaking ground. I think Wang is more interested in land development than hockey development. During games, they feed all this promotional Lighthouse videos -- it's almost subliminal to get people to call their local politicians. Very creepy. If you've seen "The Island" movie, it's very similar.
Kinda funny how the movie is also named The Island.
