I find that this "smart backlight" isn't so smart either - but it may be because of the design. I noticed that the sensor on the top right corner is sometimes exposed to some light and it will think that there is plenty of light and there isn't. What I do is use my thumb to cover it and then hit any key again and usually - the keypad/screen, etc will light up as if it's pitch black. with that being said - it doesn't work all the time......but that's just something I live with.... |
