I have an s9, bt5020 and an older bt500. All-in-all, I prefer the bt500, but the 5020 is great; light, clear, LOUD, and my friends say that they hear me just fine.

I did have to superglue the earpiece for the 5020 onto the device; it tended to remain in the ear when i took off the device (LOL).

AIn't the s9's GREAT!?!?!?!?
