That's correct. When I try to drag-and-drop, I get a prohibition symbol when the pointer is over any of the phone's folders.
If I right-click a folder on the phone none of the copy/cut/paste options appear.
This is the first cell phone I've owned that has refused to let me write to it within Explorer...
